Chat information

Here, you can view the name and phone number of the person you are communicating with and edit their personal data for your personal record (email, location, or birthday, for example). There is also the close conversation button, which you press when you consider that your communication with the client is finished. It's important to note:

• Closed conversations can be viewed in a log.
• Each open conversation takes up space in your maximum available open conversations.
• If the person writes again, a new conversation would be generated (which would not show what was said before, but can be seen in the mentioned log).
